Fore Innovations 2015+ Ford F-150 Dual Pump Drop-In Module - 800+rwhp Capable

This is a stand alone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune is required. Qualified installers and tuners must be able to interface to the OE harness and FPDM (if required), understand proper component placement, hose routing, and deliver the vehicle with factory-like pump prime/on/off logic with no error codes. Fore Innovations will supply basic system schematics and detailed component level instructions, and can provide troubleshooting of the performance and function of our system and components.

88mm Cellulose Fuel Filters (upgrades available in the product options)

Fitment:
2015-2017: Supplies port injection and [optional] small wet nitrous.
2018+: Supplies High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP), port injection, and [optional] small wet nitrous). Also requires a flow through t-block direct mounted on HPFP inlet tube. Dual regulators are suggested for maximizing output. (must match, recommend our F1i or F2i)

Fuel Type:
Gasoline / race gas: choose if you are will only be running typical pump gas or race gasoline, such as MS109, C16, Q16, etc.

Ethanol blends, gasoline, race gas: choose if you will be running a combination of gasoline, race gas, E85, E98, E85R, C85, etc.

Q: What kind of fuel pump controller should I use?
A: FC2: controller can only operate two pumps simultaneously, using OE or aftermarket switching signal. Best for controlling two small fuel pumps for street duty, or two large fuel pumps for track use only.

FC3: controller can run 1, 2, or 3 pumps full time, with remaining pumps activated on demand. Requires external switch (i.e. Hobbs, RPM, etc) best for controlling two or three large fuel pumps for street duty and minimizing heat.

Aeromotive ReturnX Standalone Pulse Width Modulation (PWM): The best overall option, this controller offers true variable-speed control, running the pump(s) at 45-75% power during idle and cruising, then smoothly ramping additional pumps up to full output as demand increases. This reduces heat in both the fuel and the pump(s), extending pump life and significantly reducing vapor lock risk. The system is MAP-based, using vacuum reference for naturally aspirated applications or boost reference for forced induction applications. Does NOT require an external switch.
